About our group

For over 10 years, guest speakers, dinner meetings and "pot luck" socials have been on our agenda.

A diverse group, our businesses include retail operations, direct selling and professional services. Some are starting their first business, others have many years experience as a business operator.

Given the importance for competitiveness of the Nova Scotian economy, and the role of women entrepreneurs, SSWBA seeks to nurture skills of individual entrepreneurs (or wouldd-be entrepreneurs) as well as women working in business and those employed in the not-for-profit sector.
